Close up card magic by sharpo
I love card magic. I find it to be very pure magic. I have time tested routines and can do an hour of magical theater with a deck of cards. Here is a recent routine:
I saw the youtube video of master close up card magician, Kimoon Do, do his version of this Aldo Colombini classic and I was inspired to do my own. Here is my take on "Twice Blank"
Cards are shuffled and displayed to spectator. Two cards are selected from the face down pack. The magician then displays 4 blank cards. These cards are blank on front and back. The 4 card blank packet is waived over the first selected card and suddenly it is no longer blank but is a duplicate of the selected card. It is lost into the blank card packet and disappears. Again all 4 blank cards are displayed front and back. Again the magician waves the cards over the other selected card and voila now a replica of that card is in the otherwise blank packet. Wait for the kicker ending - it's worth it. Great trick from one of the all time greats: Aldo Colombini. a
